Update we are backBoomer retirement lifstyle

2BRetired a community for Boomer Retirement & Pre-retirement lifestyles.

My parents who lived in the UK just pass away in their 90’s so now we have more time to deal with retirement issues.
We were commuting between west coast USA and the UK which was time consuming .

A quick history

We are still dedicated to finding and sharing information on how to have a comfortable fun early retirement, retirement and financial independence. We hope to be able to do this by sharing ideas on frugal tips, green living, and conservative means of investing for income.  We aim to redefine and reinvent what it means to be financially independent or comfortably retired.
2BRetired.com is geared toward an independent lifestyle, living a frugal green life with travel ideas, places to see, photos of locations, discount travel. As we work on our portfolio and find ways to safely invest for income we will share that in the retirement income section. So feel free to contact us for information you would like to see and also to give us information that you would like to share that would be beneficial to our independent lifestyle community .

Thanks from Bob and Barb the 2B’s for the Boomer generation.

Aw, this was an incredibly good post. Finding the time and actual effort to create a really good article… but what can I say… I put things off a whole lot and never manage to get anything done.

Hello there! This article could not be written any
better! Looking through this post reminds me of my
previous roommate! He always kept preaching about
this. I will forward this post to him. Fairly certain he’ll have a very good read. Thank you for sharing!

  5. Hello are using WordPress for your site platform?
I’m new to the blog world but I’m trying to get started and set up my own. Do you need any html coding expertise to make your own blog?
Any help would be really appreciated!

    • Bob says:

Yes we are using WordPress. If you go all the way down to the bottom of the page you will see “this site is powered by WordPress.” You do not need any coding experience but it can help. Most modifications to wordpress are from plug-ins which are code packages that can be downloaded into WordPress without knowing how to code. Suggest going to Youtube and looking for WordPress tutorials there are many, and WordPress.com for a free non-commercial site.

Thanks, Still in the process of redesigning site presently all on our local-host, and looking for a new hosting service. We are reviewing our present life style in retirement which includes, minimalism, only buying what we need, being frugal, keeping healthy with Keto type diet, amongst a host of other projects.
Being retired does not mean laying back with nothing to do, we have been so busy in the last 10 years of retirement that the only problem is keeping our energy levels up!
